Standards for Kingdom Leadership
STANDARDS FOR kINGDOM LEADERSHIP
NO SLANDER!
“He that slanders his brother in private—will be cut off!” (Ps 101:5)
Who are the Slanderers??
Those people, who do injustice to the character of others; those who stab others reputation in the dark; those who raises and spreads false reports; those who like to “insinuate” evil things; those who brings false charges and accusations against another—in a “private” manner, when that person has no opportunity to defend himself!
He who slanders…ruins:
(1) himself
(2) those who hears him and;
(3) the one who is slandered
If a person has any good to say of another, he will likely say it openly; if he has any evil to say, it will likely to be said in ‘secret’. So, to speak accusations in secret of anyone, comes to mean the same thing as to slander.
We must “reject” anything that does not “agree with” our God, and His Standards for Kingdom Leaders, and that violates His mandate—that we “love one another!”
Today’s Prayer:
“Remove from me a malicious and gossiping nature, Lord.
Fill me with praise and joy and spiritual thoughts.
Let my words, only bless others.
